Just sometimes in such a way done, as if...With the opportunity I got to know the boys of Agonoize. Unforgettable experience ;)
When did you form Stainless.4571? What inspired you to make music together?
Inspiration?Uh..too many to tell :P But Winterkälte was one of my main influences along with Synapscape
What are your top ten favorite Industrial Club Songs of all time? Who are you influenced by?
Too many to mention
What would you consider your favorite cd's?
Too many! But a vast variety of styles, ranging from EBM,Powernoise/Industrial over Turbo-folk to Classic
What are the future plans for Stainless.4571?
Tough i´ve grown up to my 40ies,i tend to call my stuff "geriatric noise"..yes,i´m ironic to the bone.I will continue making noise till miy fingers fall off!
What is the main idea, the message you want to leave to people who listens to you? What is your motto?
I´ve done a lot of "spoofs" this far (Maschin kaputt,Sit on my face,Monty madness to mention a few) so i think the main message is simply "Have fun!"Sometimes i´m serious and wreak havok within my sounds, sometimes i´m just hilarious.
My motto?Simple:In noise we trust!
What’s the name of your band? where did the name come from? or what's the story behind the band name?
Stainless.4571 is based on my profession as a Mechanic.Turning, milling, drilling etc... Stainless steel 1.4571 is a material i used to work with preferably im production. This stuff is acid-resistant,stainless and food safe.
If people don't know what you and your music are about, how would you describe Stainless.4571?
Hmmm...harsh & funny?
Your numbers where did the concept come from? and whats planned now that your album is finished? or anything else you're working on? Tell us a few words about the concept of this?
The concept developed over the years of making tracks..i watch lots of movies and if i find some vocal-samples i like,i just build some rhythms and noise around it.Thats the whole thing.
How is your relationship with the fans like? Is it nice to meet fans or have you also problems with intrusive hysterical female and male admirers?
Fans?Do i really have some? :) I always answer requests or mails i get.I like chatting with the folks who support me,thats the least i can do
How do you feel to hold the finished cd in your hands?
SATISFIED!
What do you think of a modern Gothic and about Industrial scene?
I´m a member of the "Old-school" EBM-stompers cause i grew up with it.My wife is a gothic to the bone and we both are a bit confused about the new generation.Cyber-stuff has no relation to what we believe in!The modern Industrial-scene gave birth of some remarkable new Bands so i appreciate it.
What's your favourite track of yours?
I would say "Mutanten-Stadl"
Our usual question - what is music for you?
A valve to channel my violent output
What genre of music do you consider your work to be? Who are your major influences?
Geriatric Noise :)
Since the music industry is more open now to purely electronic music has this made things easier for you?
The fact that Stainless.4571 is and always will be a fun-project didn´t benefit of this matter..
How do you see the future of download / Copyright in area of goth-Industrial music ? What are the best ways to develop it in your mind ?
All of my tracks are for free download at http://www.lastfm.de/music/Stainless.4571,so i didn´t think about that!
If there was one thing you want people to know about your band what would that be?
I´m wearing a straitjacket!
It has been a pleasure to interview you on your musical activity,Well, any last words to your ebm-industrial fans?
Gear up and riot!!!
By the way do you like my questions? tell me what you think about it! ;-)??
Well done :)
