Thanks Endless Shame that you have found time to give answers to these
questions.

First question - do you know the Netherlands?
Yes, we are familiar with the Netherlands, Mattias has been to Amsterdam but Mika and Anders have never been there.

Do you follow the electronic music scene and do you have any favourite bands?
Yes, we follow the electronic music scene and we listen to a lot of different music. A good song is allways a good song no mather in what style it is.

Endless Shame started a while back ago and we have a released 2 albums and a couple of MCD’s. We’re based in the south of Sweden in a town called Kristianstad. We are 3 members in the band.

How did you start to make Electro / Electronica / Alternative and what is Gothic for you?
Well, we’ve always been into the 80’s synth pop era and the EBM-scene.Gothic for us is dark music in any shape.

What and who are some of your influences in Electro / Electronica / Alternative ?
We’re influenced by a lot of music. Not only electronic music, but all kinds of music.

What are your top ten favorite Electro / Electronica / Alternative Club Songs of all time? Who are you influenced by? What would you consider your favorite cd's?

2. David Bowie – Life on Mars
3. Alphaville – Sounds like a melody

Well, Mattias is the lead singer and guitar player, Mika plays the synths and do a lot of the production, Anders plays synth and do backing vocals.

By the way do you like my questions? Tell me what you think about it! ;-)
Yes off course we like you questions, keep ‘em coming!

What is the main idea, the message you want to leave to people who listens to you? What is your motto?
We hope that people can find something that they like in our music and that they will play or albums in 10 years as well. Our motto: Enjoy yourself and the silence ;)

What’s the origin of the name Endless Shame? Have you changed the band’s name before?
Endless Shame has always been our name, we don’t really remember the origin

"Unspoken Words" where did the concept come from and whats planned now that your album is finished? Anything else you're working on? Tell me why you chose this title,"Unspoken Words".
It’s our second album and it’s a bit more electronic than our previous album “Price of Devotion”. The title is from one of our songs, and we thought it was a good name for an album.

When's the new album coming out?
It was released in the US in november, and it’s available in the EU now (poponaut, amazon).

How is the current promotional tour going for supporting this album?
Well… we will be playing live in 2010 and the current promotion is going well, via Myspace and other websites.

What do you think of a modern Electro / Electronica / Alternative and
about Electro / Electronica / Alternative scene?.
We love the scene!

Our usual question - what is Music for you?
A life style!

What was your best live experience so far?
When we played a festival in Sweden, the crowd was amazing and was singin along!

Please list the name, age, school, and respective instrument of each band member

Mattias Levin – 37 – guitar and lead vocals
Mika Rossi – 38 – Percussion - keyboards
Anders Olsson – 34 – keyboards – backing vocals

We’re all self educated.

What are your views on the current state of this Electro Electronica Alternative scene in Sweden.in terms of creativity and audiences? And the scene in other countries?
Well…the scene in Sweden is a very small scene but dedicated.Swedish electronic artists are very creative and dedicated.Germany is off course the leading country in this scene.

Tell me about your lyrical compositions. How does your music creation process work? How do you create a song?
Well… we write music together. We can start with a synthline, or a nice beat, and a base sound, and then work from there. Some songs are written on guitar and a crude demo is recorder on a cell phone.Just so the idea doesn’t get lost.Mattias writes most of the lyrics.

What genre of music do you consider your work to be?
We believe our albums present a lot of different styles of electronic music.

Since the music industry is more open now to purely electronic music has this made things easier for you?
Well, it’s more accessible

So what are your main influences as a band at the moment?
Life is a great influence.

How do you see the future of download / Copyright in area of goth-Electro Electronica Alternative music? What are the best ways
to develop it in your mind ?
Music should be accessible and people should pay for it or the scene will slowly kill it self.

If there was one thing you want people to know about your band what would that be?
We’re a great band and we drink Heineken. And we hope that more people will discover us.

It has been a pleasure to interview you on your musical activity.Well, any last words to your ebm-industrial fans?
Keep it “Pure” :D

Thanks for your time! Great work on the albums and good luck with everything. How can fans-to-be gain access to your music? Do you have a website with sample songs or a demo CD?
Please tune in to www.myspace.com/endlessshame The album is will be available on Itunes soon.
