1- For the first question will be - do you know the Netherlands?
It's a shame but I haven’t got the opportunity to visit your beautiful country, but from the people I know I have heard that it's a very interesting and attractive country mainly for relax and chances to meet interesting people.
2- Greetings ryby could you please shortly introduce our readers your music project dISHARMONY.?
dISHARMONY is a project of two friends, that somewhere in year 2001 started to think together about their musical ideas and excited about what modern computer revolution can create, started to produce and take out from their thoughts their own world. We have released so far a few releases and had many cooperations.Many of them you'll find on our web pages.
3- Please fill also a biographical resume about how, when and where... dISHARMONY was founded in ..... give us a more background information?
I think that I have answered it in the previous question. It was a coincidence, or destiny to meet and it lasts till today. Sauron and I are the best friends and music is for us certain relaxation. We have gone through a certain development and life road and all that you'll find on our releases and in our music...
4- How did you start to make Dark Electro and what is EBM for you?
For many years I was here in Slovakia a part of that scene. I was collecting similar music and I wanted to contribute with something of my own. I like variety of electronic underground and we're glad that we can be a part of it.
5- What and who are some of your influences in Dark Electro?
I think that from the everyday life. We find influences all around.The present moment, mood, a lot of music that we're absorbing...
6- What are your top ten favorite Dark Electro/ Industrial Club Songs of all time?
Uff... a five years ago I would answer you right away, but today there's so many of music, that I can't think of any interpret precisely. I don't like today dark electro scene and future pop.There's many bands that has made influence on us and also we support our or czech projects. I was growing up on projects as: Placebo effect, Fla, Yelworc, Mortal constrain, Leather Strip, Mentalo,Polygon, Gridlock, so I see myself in them. For sure today that are stuff from Tympanik audio, Ultimae records and many more dark bodies...
7- Tell one secret about dISHARMONY that you have never told to anyone?
I can't think of any secret, but on the other hand I don't like to think of it, heee...
8- So tell me a bit more about yourself, such as musical?
We're ordinary people living in one of biggest settlements in Slovakia. Sauron works as a professional graphic and I own a small tattoo studio. It's a shame but we can't live from music, since we're producing in our parts totally minority genre and here almost no one knows us. Sauron besides producing our visions likes walking in the woods and I something similar but based on off road on my four wheels...

Yes of course ... otherwise I wouldn't answer them.
10- What is the main idea, the message you want to leave to people who listens to you? What is your motto?
We'll leave that on concrete listener. We're happy if people see in our music something more. It's great to read what people think about our music, those different surfaces. We both are dreamers and we're creating our own cyber world. So we'll be glad if you'll join.
11- What’s the name of your band? What’s the origin of that name? Have you changed the band’s name before?
With this name came Sauron and we both liked it. So it has stuck on us from the beginning. It is as our music.
12- where did the concept come from? and whats planned now that your album is finished? or anything else you're working on? Tell us a few words about the concept of this albums
New album EVOLUTION originate a little harder and it takes a lot of time, since we have our own lives and you can't only sit by the boxes. Our concept is always similar. We're trying to add to our process and create our own patterns. It's very hard to evaluate what you create. I think that our music is still the same but I have a feeling that with every album gets more perfect. But that's always us...
13- Are you a member of any music organizations?
We have our own label and web magazine. Also our music and graphic studio and sometimes we make some concert here.
14-How is the current promotional tour going for supporting this album?
It's a shame but we aren't so much dedicated to live performances and our distributor is in USA so for us to get there is almost impossible.But we're open to cooperation, so you can call us without no problems and we'll show you how we make electro underground here in Slovakia,heee...
15- What do you think of a modern Dark Electro and about Gothic scene?
I think that on this scene is so much projects and the scene is stuffed, but there's always something that speaks to me. I don't follow Gothic scene at all and I don't know about it that much...
16- Our usual question - what is Music for you?
Well, everything. It follows me every day. At home when I wake up,when I sit in my car, or at my work. It fulfills me and gives me life force.
17- What was your best live experience so far?
I think that it was our last concert here in Slovakia. There was an excellent atmosphere and fans were enjoying during performance with me our national drink /plum brandy/. People were having fun and they were listening with their ears, so for us that's the most important.
18- Please list the name, age, school, and respective instrument of each band member
Names are not so important. I'm 31 years old and Sauron 32 ... School wasn't my strongest hobby and instruments are all around us. It takes only to pick them up, to plug it on the module and signal and soon it'll get to you. I have never known how to sing, so I destroy my voice at various computer torrents and Sauron he's the genius for composing and atmospheres. Also I like to play with samples and to create sound frequencies and than rises organized chaos. The rest is noted in our music...
19-What are your views on the current state of this electro scene in Slowakije (Slowaakse Republiek).in terms of creativity and audiences? And the scene in other countries?
Scene here doesn't exists. There was a scene here in 90's, very strong base, but all of that has been pushed out by commercial music and a lack of interest. We have some great names that produce their stuff literally „on the knee“. We have some great projects like: LIOB,SAMHAIN,KIFOTH,GAPING CHASM,ANIMA MUNDI... It is a shame, that are quite unnoticed, but we're trying to change that.
20- you have very nice albums "moonflower" 'zoomer" and "evolution"tell me about lyrical compositions what you can tell about the done work? How does your music creation process work? How do you create a song?
Thank you a lot. Recently one german radio has played our two hours set and then I have understood how many concepts we have gathered for those 8 years. Every our album is different. I don't dedicate such a big role to lyrics. I take them as a part of production and don't pay so much attention to it. But sometimes I'm really surprised what can come from us... And that someone wants to even release it, heeeee... Process is simple and on the other hand complicated. You create music and then I try to put my beautiful voice into it. My mum always tells me... You're sick, but when it's finished she likes it.
21-What genre of music do you consider your work to be? Who are your major influences?
Every period has its own influences. Sometimes its music, in other times it’s the only inner voice that calls you and tell you to sit here and push out the maximum from it.
22-What do you do to chill out?
We can...For sure it influences us a lot.
23-So what are their main influences as a band at the moment?
I like quite a lot hardcore stuff. I like projects as: UNEARTH, AS I LAY DYING and similar noises. Sauron has liked last album from AES DANA and I'm looking forward to new FRACTURED. Also I have liked new SOLAR FIELDS and at TYMPANIK project INTEGRAL. But of course there are a lot of other projects... I would start to name them all but you'll for sure stop me very fast...
24-What is currently inspiring your material as an artist? tell me all about the gothic scene of Slowakije (Slowaakse Republiek)?
Slovak gothic scene goes beyond me. I know excellent project LAST DAYS OF JESUS, LAHKA MUZA that has strong name worldwide, but the rest goes beyond me....
25-Do you think that people from the music press didn't expect you to grow up musically?
I don't know what you mean by that exactly, but at least I know that we're not born musicians...
26-what is the key to making music from dISHARMONY? and what inspires you to keep growing as a musician?
The big key is for sure that sometimes someone evaluates you and calls us for an interview, or they write something about us. And inspiration is our friendship and together musical path.
27-How do you see the future of download / Copyright in area of goth-EBM industrial music ? What are the best ways to develop it in your mind ?
I take download as widening of horizons. I buy cds and also I have a small distro. Many people on the other hand only download and don't buy cds, so artists would not live from that and they work deserve that someone buys it. When that project is good, it certainly deserves it. By my opinion download has made that people are lazier and has pushed selling on the secondary rail. It's a shame... But it's the truth that sometimes cds are quite overpriced and that's the advantage of download. I won't buy it, but I'll download it...
28-If there was one thing you want people to know about your band what would that be?
That we make real electro underground, that was never about money but only about feelings and music...
29-Please let us know about your upcoming plans, some new releases you like to confirm here
For now plans are quite unknown. This year we have released two releases. New dISHARMONY again at excellent label TYMPANIK AUDIO. Thanks PAUL and many greetings!!! And side project OXYD at ALIENS PRODUCTION. So we'll slow down a bit and will try to find what still lies in us. For the moment we have finished some stuff. Soon will be finished a new video clip for a song TRANSPARENT. Maybe it will be title of our next album. We have produced many remixes, so I hope that
it will be released somewhere and I don't know if soon won't be out rarity OXYD cd LIVEFORMS, that is a recording of our live performances. For sure it will be on our label some new album from Slovak or Czech interprets and the rest is on us... So we'll see.
30-It has been a pleasure to interview you on your musical activity,Well,any last words to your ebm-industrial fans?
We were very glad to do it. We're glad when we can be a part of your activities. Follow our steps and we'll be following yours. Once we'll all meet at our cyberspace...

Don't forget to try our excellent slovak beer. It really tastes excellent!!!

Aliens production is our label. It functions from year 2005 and gathers mainly our country projects.It's useless to describe which. Go to our web site and you'll
