For the first question will be - Thanks Cristian and Katia that you have found time to give answers to these questions,How are you doing?
Fine, fine, ready with the new CD Release, "WORLD OF LIES"
Hello Cristian and Katia what noise do you make in Die Braut?
First at all, DIE BRAUT is KATIA and ME, well we make a fusion with hellelectro and dark electro music, with melodic sequences and pads with solid rythmic drum bases.
How's the start of 2010 been for you thus far?
Fine, very well, as i said, almost ready our release, with many plans for shows in Chile and the foreigner also
do you know the netherland?
Only by pics and some friends there, we hope to go soon there to play
For a lot of people, this is probably going to be their first full introduction to Die Braut so how about you tell us a little bit about how you guys know each other and how the band came together?
We are married, first at all and we have fall in love many years ago, all born for my synths aficcion and later Katia add to me with the lyrics and distorted vocals, just for fun, after we thought: really works and rules!, thinking work seriously in our first demo and album
Do you follow the electronic music Dark Electro, do you have any other favourite bands?
Yes, many bands, Hocico, Agonoize and Suicide Commando are our first influences.
How is your relationship with other electronic bands? and many remixen from La Magra,Wynardtage,Kadaver Acht,Proyecto Crisis,Wynardtage,Acylum,Dead Jump,Concrete Rage.....
Yes this spirit of colaboration is good and clean, we have very good relations with many bands from Chile and Europe in general
How did you start to make music and what is Gothic for you?
I think i just always i make music, since a little boy and my love for synths have been always. Really with the gothic scene i have no much contact only when i was a boy and my taste for parties of this style was only fun.
What did you guys do for a living before Die Braut?
We always have studied and worked, DIE BRAUT is not work for us is a very fun space, seriously and profesionally talking about.
I`m a Constructor and Katia is Social worker here in Chile
When did you form Die Braut? What inspired you to make music together?
Die Braut is formed in 2006 - 2007 year, inspired in unjustice, incest, violence and abuse against the women in Chile, this do a part of UNSEHBAR album
What are your top ten favorite Dark Electro Club Songs of all time? Who are you influenced by? What would you consider your favorite cd's?
Many many songs are the favorite, Agonoize have several and Hocico also, however our favorites songs and cds are of PRAGER HANDGRIFF band from Germany
What are the future plans for Die Braut?
Much promotion of our new album, several shows here and in Europe, distribute the most countries our music
Tell me about Biohazzard Records,Dansemacabre Records and.Orion Records
About Biohazzard and Dansemacabre we dont talk, only we can say Orion records is an excellent label
What are you currently listening to on your MP3 player?
Bands like Dioxide, Assemblage 23, many bands a little

What is the main idea, the message you want to leave to people who listens to you? What is your motto?
The most important thing is the human being and its expression of all kinds, our motto is Freiheit, gerechtigkeit, freundschaft ( freedom, justice and friendship ;-)
What’s the name of your band? where did the name come from? or what's the story behind the band name?
Die Braut name born of the female front presence in vocals (KAtia), some not typical in this genre, so we were no married until, this name stay with us,
If people don't know what you and your music are about, how would you describe Die Braut?
a pure and dark electronic band singing about the real troubles and stories from our Chile in many languages for the people knows our reality
Unsehbar where did the concept come from? and whats planned now that your album is finished? or anything else you're working on? Tell me why this title,second album, call "World of Lies" Tell us a few words about the concept of this?
UNSEHBAR i have explain more up, WORLD OF LIES have this name for the reality our country and our people live day by day with the political, poorness and goverments tematics and the opresion we have yet in democracy

How is the current promotional tour going for supporting this album?
Two shows in Chile now this 22 and 23 JAnuary and later in MArch, Show in Lima, Peru, we are confirming shows in Europe in September also
What do you think of a modern Gothic and about Dark Electro scene?
Is good, the scene constantly is growing and it knows for the appereance of many good bands and fans.

What and who gets you excited about music today?
the live shows of course and the posibility hear new good album all time

What was your best live experience so far?
In Lima Peru in 2009 and Brazil in 2008, two great shows

What are your views on the current state of this Dark Electro scene in Chile.in terms of creativity and audiences? And the scene in other countries?
is growing, yes but still left, in Peru the scene is strong too, include with clasic bands, like Brazil
you have very nice numbers` tell me about lyrical compositions what you can tell about the done work? How does your music creation process work? How do you create a song?
Anyway, sometimes with a sample or sequence, others with pads or loop, the creativity born in any place
Since the music industry is more open now to purely electronic music has this made things easier for you?
Every time is more hard make quality and good music, but once you reach it, the good music always stay in listeners, they can filter the good and the bad music and the bad bands just "die"
Do you think that people from the music press didn't expect you to grow up musically?
I think we have still and unknown band, but we will grow everyday more
what is the key to making music from Die Braut and what inspires you to keep growing as a musician?
the importance to make good music and the love for the music of course, and give to the listeners good and real mesagges of our lives
How do you see the future of download / Copyright in area of goth-Dark Electro music ? What are the best ways to develop it in your mind ?
All have a good and bad side, but we think the download form help us to the people in the world could know about us, the copyright is a legal situation that no depends of download today
40-If there was one thing you want people to know about your band what would that be?
The music and mesage obvious, the most important thing

good good, the actual sound of Die Braut has been with much experiment and teoric knowledge also, but always learning of the great bands
